All tickets will be emailed to you, once paid. Please be sure to bring your printed tickets with you to the fundraiser to be served. Our volunteer board members will be emailing tickets, we appreciate your patience as they will be forwarded at our earliest opportunity.
All volunteers need to need to have a parent sign the Applebee’s waiver. We have emailed everyone who has registered as of 8 pm on 8.4.23. If you need a waiver, please email us as soon as possible to request one: patmedraiderstdc@gmail.com
